Delivery Policy

We shall endeavour to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, orders placed on a Friday shall generally be delivered the following Tuesday, If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we shall contact you to advise when delivery is possible, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. If you require a next day delivery this can also be arranged but we would recommend any customers who wish their orders to be delivery next day call the Covet store on 0131 220 0026.

Returns policy

We would be happy to refund any purchase that you make at www.thoushaltcovet.com providing the goods are returned to us, unused with all labels still attached, within seven days of your receiving the item.

The goods must be returned to us before any refund can be made, refunds will only be made to the card which was used in the original transaction.

We will not be able to refund the cost of the original postage or any gift wrapping which may have been included with the order on any unwanted items.

Sale items are non-refundable however a credit note may be issued in some circumstances.

Faulty Goods

If you believe that an Item you have received is faulty please return it to us at the above address along with your contact details and the order reference number and we shall either replace/repair or refund the item for you. In such cases the original delivery costs may be refunded.
