DPD Next Day (CO2 neutral), charged at £4.95. Full tracking with notifications, and one hour delivery window. Please order before 12pm for delivery the following business day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday (before 12pm), won't arrive until the following Monday, unless you opt for Next Day Weekend Delivery, charged at £10. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday. Next Day by 12pm is also available during the week, charged at £10.

Returns & Exchanges
Rest assured we are here to help you, so if you have changed your mind or are not completely happy with your online order, please get in touch for a full refund, exchange or credit note. The easiest way to get in touch is to respond to your confirmation email and one of us will get back to you within 12 hours. To qualify for a full refund, you must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of being in receipt of your order and return the item to us within 10 days of notifying us.
Any returned items must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all packagings and labels intact. Please send or hand deliver your item to:

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
We will process your refund on receipt of the returned goods and your refund will go back onto the original payment method used. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card. Please note that Paypal refunds can take longer to appear in your account after being processed.
Earrings and Gift Voucher are non-returnable.
