UK Next Day Shipping is charged at £4.95 and will arrive within two working days. Orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Parcels that are not letterbox friendly will require proof of delivery. Tracking information and updates by text and email will be provided.

UK Weekend Deliveries please contact us directly if you need your order to arrive at the weekend and we will do our best to find the best shipping option for you.

USA Delivery is charged at £15 and duty is always paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. Your order will be sent with Fedex International Priority and will arrive with you in 2 to 3 business days. Tracking information and updates by text and email will be provided. You can also opt to use a Fedex collection point for your convenience. European Delivery is charged at £15 and the duty is always paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. Rest of the World Delivery is charged at £25 and delivery duty is paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. Your order will be sent with Fedex International, UPS or Royal Mail's International Signed for Service. Please note that for reasons out with our control, delays can occur from time to time, particularly during busy periods, however, you will be kept up to date with tracking information at all times, and if in the unlikely event, your order goes missing, we will refund or replace it. 

Returns & Exchanges

Rest assured we are here to help you, so if you have changed your mind or are not completely happy with your online order, please get in touch for a full refund, exchange or credit note. To qualify for a full refund, you must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of being in receipt of your order and return the item to us within 10 days of notifying us. 

Any returned items must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all packagings and labels intact. Please send or hand deliver your item to:

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.

We will process your refund on receipt of the returned goods and your refund will go back onto the original payment method used. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card. Please note that Paypal refunds can take around a week to show up in your account after being processed.

Earrings and Gift Voucher are non-returnable.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outwith these time frames.
