Delivery Rates & Timescales

Local Pick Up you can always collect your order from our shop on Thistle Street for free at your earliest convenience.
Standard UK Shipping is charged at £4 (or free on orders over £50) and will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For or by courier. This service usually takes between 2 - 5 business days to arrive and tracking information is provided.
Express Service is charges at £6 and will be sent Royal Mail 1st class Signed For or by courier. This service usually takes between 1-2 business days to arrive and tracking information is provided.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 12pm) for delivery on a weekday is charged at £8 and will be sent the same day for delivery the next day. If ordered after 12pm your order will arrive the next again day. This service does not deliver at the weekend unless the Saturday Service is selected. If an order is placed after 12pm on a Saturday, it will not arrive until Tuesday. Tracking information will be provided.
Guaranteed Next Day Saturday Delivery (on orders placed before 12pm) is charged at £12 and will be sent on the same day for delivery the next day when ordered before 12pm on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday and tracking information will be provided.
*Please be aware that deliveries cannot be made on Sundays, bank holidays or national holidays with exception of the Door Hub service which operates 7 days a week.
International Delivery is charged at £12 and sent using Royal Mail's International Signed for Service. If you would like to use a different service or have any queries regarding shipment of your order, please contact us by phone on +44 (0)131 2200026 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line order, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange.
To qualify you must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of being in receipt of your order and return the item to us no later than 7 days from notification.
Any returned items must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all packagings and labels intact. Please send or hand deliver your item to:

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card.
Earrings and Gift Voucher are non-returnable.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange out with these time frames.
