Collect In-store We are open for collections on Thursday 31st December between 12pm-3pm. New collection dates will be made available in the New Year and will be posted here.

Local Pick Up you can always collect your order from our shop on Thistle Street for free at your earliest convenience. Please be aware that due to local government restrictions we are closed until further notice and will only be open for collections on the dates given above.

Standard UK Shipping is charged at £4 and will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For or by courier. This service usually takes between 2 - 5 business days to arrive and tracking information is provided.

European Delivery is charged at £12 and sent by either Royal Mail's International Signed For Service or by UPS courier. *Please note that after the 22nd January 2021, European orders may be subject to local VAT and duties charges.

**Please be aware that we are unable to ship orders to countries that are listed as "on suspension" due to Coronavirus.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note.

We can only offer an exchange or credit note on purchases made in-store.

To qualify you must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of being in receipt of your order and return the item to us no later than 7 days from notification. *We appreciate that during lockdown it may not be possible to return your items within this timeframe and we will agree an extended return date with you by email, however you still need to notify us of your intent to return an item within the usual 14 days. 

Christmas presents can be returned for an exchange or credit note up until the 15th of January 2021. As we will be closed, you can notify us of you intent to return something by email here.

Any returned items must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all packagings and labels intact. Please send or hand deliver your item to:

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.

We will process your refund on receipt of the returned goods and refunds will go back onto the original payment method used. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card. Pleas note that Paypal refunds can take around a week to show up in your account after being processed.

Earrings and Gift Voucher are non-returnable.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outwith these time frames.
