Local Pick Up you can always collect your order from our shop on Thistle Street for free at your earliest convenience.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery is charged at £4 and will be sent with UPS. This service takes between 2-3 business days to arrive and tracking information is provided.
Next Day Delivery is charged at £6.95 and sent with Fedex. Order by 12pm to guarantee next day delivery. Tracking information will be provided a few hours after you place your order. Please note that Fedex do not offer weekend deliveries - if you would like an order delivered on a Saturday, please contact us directly and we will do what we can to arrange this for you.
United States of America Delivery is charged at £25 and delivery duty is paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. Your order will be sent with Fedex International and will arrive with you in 2-3 business days. You will receive tracking information within a few hours of placing your order s well as being given an additional choice of Fedex collection points for your convenience. European Delivery is charged at £15 and delivery duty is paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. We will send your order with UPS and it will arrive with you in 2-5 business days. Rest of the World Delivery is charged at £35 and delivery duty is paid by us so you won't have any additional duty or tax to pay. Your order will be sent with UPS or Royal Mail's International Signed for Service. Returns & Exchanges
Rest assured we are here to help you, so if you have changed your mind or are not completely happy with your online order, please get in touch for a full refund, exchange or credit note. The easiest way to get in touch is to respond to your confirmation email and one of us will get back to you within 12 hours. To qualify for a full refund, you must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of being in receipt of your order and return the item to us within 10 days of notifying us.
Any returned items must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all packagings and labels intact. Please send or hand deliver your item to:

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
We will process your refund on receipt of the returned goods and your refund will go back onto the original payment method used. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card. Pleas note that Paypal refunds can take around a week to show up in your account after being processed.
Earrings and Gift Voucher are non-returnable.
